Delhi Police constable shot dead
Shivraj was on his way to meet someone when two men attacked him and pumped a bullet into his chest near his home in Jyoti Nagar area of east Delhi around noon. The assailants then fled from the spot.
He was taken to a hospital where he was declared dead.
Police said they suspect personal enmity but are investigating other motives as well.
