New Delhi, April 25: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Monday warned of launching a 'movement' if the exit polls forecasting Bharatiya Janata Party win come true in Municipal Corporation of Delhi polls.
Two days before the counting, the Aam Aadmi Party supremo said that the party leaders and elected representatives are in touch with people on daily basis and they know the ground reality.
In a video that went viral on social media, the AAP chief said that if the predictions of the exit polls claim the BJP's victory again as shown on Sunday then he would launch a 'movement' to protest.
Senior AAP leaders such as Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, and other party legislators were also seen in the video.
After the party's defeat in Punjab and Goa elections, Kejriwal has been raising Electronic Voting Machines tampering. The party had also raised questions EVMs without voter-verifiable paper audit trail being used in MCD polls. It had demanded the state Election Commission to use ballot papers instead of EVMs.
Delhi Labour Minister Gopal Rai said that EVMs would be the only reason for the kind of results predicted by the pollsters.
He said that if EVMs are at play then these surveys are 100% correct and added that if the polls are fair then AAP will win with the majority.
