On April 26, UP CM Yogi Adityanath has cancelled 15 public holidays marking the birth or death anniversary of eminent personalities. Among the cancelled holidays are Milad un-Nabi, Chhat and Valmiki Jayanti.
However, Yogi Adityanath's decision to scrap Milad-un-Nabi has not gone down well with some section of Muslim community.
