Deadly Love Affair: When two lovers decided to end their lives in front of Taj Mahal

Agra, July 16: Two lovers tried to convince their parents to allow them to get married but both of them failed. Finally, they decided to end their lives in front of Taj Mahal, the iconic symbol of love.

18-year-old Shabnam and 25-year-old Rajveer are in a relationship since last 12 years. But their family members were against their interfaith relationship and asked them to break it.

Despite resistance from their families, Shabnam and Rajveer continued to be in touch. However, they did not want to take the relationship to the next level without their parents' consent.

Hence, they decided to end their lives and they chose Taj Mahal to put an end to all their miseries. The two lovers met in front of the iconic symbol of love and slit each other's throats.

Security guard found their bodies and rushed them to hospital. While Shabnam was in unconscious state, Rajveer was conscious and revealed everything in front of police.

Doctors of the hospital, where the two lovers were admitted, informed that both of them were out of danger. However, the couple may land in serious trouble as police may file a case of attempt to murder case against them.
