BJP's Giriraj Singh asks why all terrorists belong to same community

Giriraj Singh
New Delhi, May 14: BJP's Giriraj Singh sparks yet another controversy when he asked why all terrorists belonged to one community. The leader is known for his hate speeches during the polls and has been arrested on several counts. Particularly, one when he had said Narendra Modi baiters go to Pakistan.

The leader, however, clarifies his statement saying,"My intention is not to say that everyone from a community is a terrorist. But when all those arrested are from one community, why are secular parties silent."

He further added,"Kashmiris buy property everywhere in the country. There must be a referendum on Article 370. The people should decide whether the Article is valid today in India."

Singh has already a complaint files against his name in Patna in a similar case during the election campaign. He surrendered in a district court, but was later granted bail in Patna.

A former minister in the Nitish Kumar government, he had stoked controversy during an election meeting in Jharkhand's Deogarh on April 19. He had said that those who opposed Narendra Modi should go to Pakistan. Following this,3 FIRs were lodged against him.
