Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi too has agreed that the party needs a big structural change.
Mumbai, March 15: Congress leader and former MP Priya Dutt, daughter of Sunil and Nargis Dutt, on Wednesday said that the party cadre has been eroded. She said, "We need to put all our heads together and rebuild the party. It is not about one person; this party has not been about one person. It has been about collective."
On the Congress party's leadership crisis, she had tweeted that Congress has shown repeatedly that it suffers from an auto-immune disease. Congress destroys Congress. We need to be treated from within to be healthy again.

From the time the Congress lost badly the Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand assembly elections and despite emerging as single largest party could not form governments in Goa and Manipur, many party leaders have expressed their frustration towards the leadership and concern for the party.
P Chidambaram and Mani Shankar Aiyar have shown concern over the condition in which the grand old party of India finds itself now. Congress vice president Rahul Gandhi too has agreed that the party needs a big structural change.
