Secretaries of Ministries are reporting directly to PMO, instead of respective Ministers
New Delhi, Sept 2: The Congress sharpened its attack on Modi-led government on Tuesday. Former union minister Anand Sharma held a press conference where he slammed the government's policies.

"This govt is promoting administrative terrorism in the country, said Anand Sharma. "Home minister wasn't even allowed to appoint his own personal secretary. Secretaries of Ministries are reporting directly to PMO, instead of respective Ministers.  My question is if a silent shift is being made where only one office & one person is material", he said.

"There's a sense of insecurity among minorities in the nation", said Sharma, adding that Modi govt is responsible for price rise. Nation deserves to know what is actually happening in the black money issue. They formed an SIT but what did the SIT do?, he asked.

"We would have taken Modi's anti-corruption talks seriously if they didn't have corrupt ministers in their cabinet", said Sharma, noting that there are 13 ministers in the cabinet facing criminal charges.

Modi is endorsing the same UPA policies that he had criticised before elections, Anand Sharma said.
