Chandigarh, June 19: A complaint has been filed against Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez and producer Sajid Naidiawala for allegedly hurting religious sentiments of Sikh religions while shooting for her upcoming movie 'Dishoom.
The case has been filed as Jacqueline is seen wearing a kirpan, one of the five Kakkars worn by a practicing Sikh, in a 'derogatory' manner in a song the film.
The Sikh community was left miffed over an alleged inappropriate portrayal of Kirpan in the film. The case has been filed by Lawyers for Humanity, through its advocate Ravinder Singh in Chandigarh.
John Abraham, Jacqueline Fernandez starrer Dishoom is slated to be released on July 29.
