Vibodh cornered Congress, Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and National Conference (NC) for the plights of the people in the state and he said that these parties always looted the state exchequer after coming to power as a result of which the State has become the most corrupt and underdeveloped area in the country.

He also criticized Congress leadership for the pathetic condition of the state which they ruled for so many years. "Congress could not take a save passage to shield its false promises which they have made for the last more than 30 years", Vibodh said and added that the BJP will leave no stone unturned to bring peace and prosperity in the State.

BJP candidate from Rajouri Ch. Talib Hussain also addressed the gathering and promised to the people of the constituency that if he would come to power than he will develop it as a ‘model constituency' with all basic facilities at the doorsteps of the people.

Speaking at the function, District President Bharat Bhushan Vaid lambasted the sitting MLA Shabir Ahmed Khan for his ‘pick and choose policy' and for depriving the constituency of the basic facilities.
