New Delhi, May 27: The CBSE Class 10 results would be declared today, putting to rest the anxiety of lakhs of students over the delay in the announcement of the same.
The CBSE website said that the results would be declared on May 28. However, no official communication in this regard was available from CBSE till late last night. [CBSE 10th class results postponed, date to be decided]
Over 13 lakh students have appeared for the examination this year, the results of which were expected between May 20-25.
Earlier yesterday, CBSE had removed a notice from its website that said Class 10 results will be announced on May 27.However, going by rumours, it was clear that the results will be out either on May 28 or May 29.
A total of 13,73,853 students appeared for the class 10 board examination this year, that was held from March 2 to March 26.
The CBSE result for Class 10 will be in the form of Cumulative Grade Points Average (CGPA), the aggregate of grade points earned in all the subjects excluding the sixth additional subject.
