Festival Dhamaka: Book Jet Airways flight tickets at Rs 500
The airline also announced that interested people can book the tickets on Sept 3 and Sept 4, 2014 and travel on Jan 16, 2015 onwards. Jet Airways's announcement came after interesting offer from its competitor -- SpiceJet and IndiGo.
IndiGo announced its flight tickets would be available at Rs 999. IndiGo on Tuesday, Sept 2 announced that the scheme will have fares starting from an all-inclusive Rs 999.
Book tickets on Sept 3 and Sept 4, 2014 and travel on Jan 16, 2015 onwards
This promotional offer is available on bookings of 90 days or more in advance of the travel date. Earlier IndiGo had come with offer which allowed air travellers to buy a ticket of its domestic flight at Rs 1,887. However, the previous offer was launched for limited periods.
SpiceJet, on the name of 'Early Bird', has launched the scheme on Monday. An official release from SpiceJet on Monday said that the airline would allow the travellers to book their flight tickets for three consecutive days starting from Monday, Sept 1. The travel validity period would be between January 16 and October 24, 2014, SpiceJet added in the release.
SpiceJet offers discounted flying options to destinations across the country, with one way fares starting as low as Rs 499 (including fuel surcharge but excluding applicable statutory taxes and fees), the release said.
