The 62-year-old actor was rushed to Lilavati Hospital on Wednesday. Close family sources informed that he might be discharged on Thursday. However, no confirmed report has come so far.
Speaking about his health condition, a close source was quoted as saying, "Rishi Kapoor was hospitalised yesterday (Wednesday). Though it was suspected that he had dengue, nothing to worry. It's just malaria and he is absolutely fine now. He shall be discharged today (Thursday) itself."
Famous Tamil actor Kamal Haasan too was admitted to hospital in Kanyakumari. It was reported that the South actor's nose was bruised when he was shooting for a fighting scene.
According to sources, Kamal Haasan, who acted many Bollywood movies as well, will play the role of villain in the movie. However, it was later claimed that it was nothing but a rumour.
He earlier was discharged from a hospital in Chennai. The Tamil superstar was under treatment in Apollo Hospital with symptoms of food poisoning. It was initially reported that the 59-year-old actor was suffering from any neurological ailments.
However, his close aides had dismissed all reports terming them "rumours". However, neither his family members not doctors disclosed the real reason of his ailment.
