BJP's OP Sharma likely to loose MLAship for making sexist remark against AAP's Alka Lamba
New Delhi, Feb 19: Trouble seems to just not end for BJP MLA Om Prakash Sharma, who is in news for assaulting CPI activist outside Patiala House Court in the wake of JNU row.
A day after he was summoned by Delhi Police in connection with the Patiala House assault case, reports are now claiming that the first-time MLA might loose his MLAship.
As per an India Today report, the Ethics Committee of Delhi Assembly has recommended BJP MLA's expulsion from the house for using derogatory language against AAP MLA Alka Lamba.

The 10-member Ethics Committee has, reportedly, held Sharma guilty of being habitual offender. The committee had recommended Sharma's expulsion from the Assembly to the Speaker.
Media reports quoted the BJP MLA from Vishwas Nagar, in Nov last year, as saying, "Ye (Alka Lamba) toh Raat Bhar ghumne wali", a statement raised to question one's character.

Sharma made the remarks during a discussion on homeless people and night shelters in the city.
The BJP lawmaker was suspended from the Delhi Assembly for two days for making sexist remarks against AAP legislator.
