Musical campaign decoded: How BJP, JD(U) trying to woo voters ahead of Bihar polls
Patna, Aug 31: Bihar election campaigns are gaining momentum with every passing day. Parties are putting their best efforts to make their prospect better in coming Assembly election.
Reportedly, to give more strength to its election campaign, BJP has launched a song. The song, ‘Ek baar BJP' has been recorded by Bhojpuri singer and party MP Manoj Tiwari.

the
main
opponent
of
BJP,
JD(U)
also
has
launched
a
song.
As
per
reports,
Gangs
of
Wasseypur
and
Oye
Lucky
fame
Sneha
Khanwalkar
recorded
song
for
JD(U)
led
grand
alliance.
According to Indian express report, Manoj Tiwari who is considered to be a big fan of Prime Minister Narendra Modi recorded song in Delhi's Soultrack Studio.
The song, written by a Mumbai-based Bhojpuri lyricist Promod Pandey has been funded by the party with the aim to woo the voters. Prime Minister Modi and party president both have liked the song.
Tiwari was quoted by the Indian Express as saying, "Many people were asked to create a song. So I too made one. The party's Bihar unit really liked it. I hope it will soon grow on people," says Tiwari. "I'm an artiste first and a politician later. The idea is that whatever is created needs to touch people's hearts".
Song for JD(U)
For Nitish Kumar's party, Khanwalkar recorded 'Phir se Nitishe' song in Andheri studio.The song, written by Raj Shekhar of Tanu Weds Manu fame, sang by Bombay Velvet's jazz voice singer Neeti Mohan along with folk singer Ghunghroo.
Praising Nitish's good governance, the song takes a dig at BJP. The verses goes like this, " "Jinse Bihar ka maatha hardam ooncha, Jinke jaisa koi nahi hai dooja... Jaat dharam ke jumlo ke jhanse mein na ayenge, baat pe jo kayam hai Niteshe ko jitayenge."
JD(U)'s campaign is being supervised by former BJP man Prashant Kishor who wrote BJP's success during 2014 Lok Sabha election. Kishor was the mind behind popular chai pe charcha and 3D campaign of the BJP.
Writing about content of BJP's cong, the newspaper quotes verses as, "Loot hatya apaharan ka daanav phir sata raha, bhrasht jungleraj ka aabhas hai dara raha" and banks on Modi with "2022 tak ka atal iraada hai, sab ke sar par chhat ho ye Modi ji ka vada hai".
Assembly election in the State is scheduled to happen end of the year. Election Commission may announce dates for the same at the end of the week.
On Sunday grand alliance(JDU, RJD, Congress) did Swabhiman rally in Gnadhi Maidan, Ptana where Lalu, Nitish both slammed Prime Minister and his false promises.
Prime Minister Modi is expected to do a rally in Bhagalpur district on Tuesday where he will answer those barbs by the opposition.
