Bihar liquor ban: Here is what Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor said to CM Nitish Kumar
Patna, Apr 6: Taking a jibe on liquor ban in Bihar, Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor said that prohibition on alcohol has failed worldwide.
Bihar has become a dry state after the government extended the ban on Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) on April 5.

Bihar.
Nitish
promised
to
put
a
ban
on
liquor
in

state
while
campaigning
for
the

assembly
