Nagaraj, who works in a private school at Old Madras road, was arrested on Nov 30. According to sources, the victim told her parents about the incident while complaining of acute pain at her private parts. Later her parents on Nov 29 moved the Ramamurthy Nagar police station and filed complaint against Nagaraj. [Another Bangalore school girl raped, suspect arrested]
It has been learn that the victim was taken to hospital where she had undergone medical examinations. Reports of medical tests proved that the victim was sexually assaulted.
A case of attempt to rape and sexual assault has been filed against Nagaraj who works as an attender of the private school. This was not the first time when a kid faced sexual harassment inside a school in Bengaluru. [Bangalore school assistant arrested for raping child]

The case was registered under sections 4 and 6 of the Pocso Act (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012) and section 376 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) against the unidentified suspect(s).
According to the complaint, the girl's mother found her daughter crying and behaving unusual and abnormal when she went to pick her up from the school in the evening.
Police said that the girl complained of severe pain in her private parts after she reached home. Her mother found the child was bleeding profusely and took her to a private hospital, where the doctors examined the girl and informed the mother that her daughter had been raped.
