Another report claimed that over two dozen Maoists launched attack at the house of Vinod Kumar at around 11.30 pm. Vinod was not present at the time of the attack and Maoists exploded a bomb in his semi-pucca house by evicting his family members.

With such warning and attacks by naxals, the question that arises is how adequate security is provided to the families of forces fighting naxals and how difficult is it for our troops to work in naxal-hit areas.
