Arunachal CM to take up improvement of facilities with Centre
Lauding the army personnel for guarding the frontier in extreme weather conditions as the border post records 10 to 15 ft snowfall during winter and the temperature below minus 23 degree Celsius, Tuki assured them that he would take up the matter of improvement of road and telecommunication facilities with the Centre.
The Chief Minister said this during his visit to Bumla pass, located at an altitude of 17,000 ft, on Sunday.

The Rs 949.48 lakh project, including a water treatment plant, has been developed employing gravitational force technology by tapping the water of a perennial source at an altitude of 9822 feet. With the commissioning of this project, it would cater to the needs of 17,449 people, the sources said.
