Shocking video ahead of Railway budget shows cook urinating in kitchen
New Delhi, Feb 25: Days after media reports claim that the food catered to the passengers in train is cooked in water which is used in toilets, another video has surfaced showing a man urinating at a spot which is used to clean utensils and wash vegetables at New Delhi railway station.
This sensational revelation has been made by private news channel.
As per the CNN IBN video, the cook is seen urinating near the place where vegetables and utensils are washed.
Not only this, when he was asked why he was urinating at a place used as a kitchen, he said, "It was an emergency....there is no bathroom here. What do we do in case of an emergency?"

In another kitchen on the same platform, the food was left out in the open.
This is not the first incident which shows the lackadaisical approach of the Indian railways in maintaining hygiene.
A few days back reports claim that the food which is being catered to the passengers in train is cooked in water which is used in toilets. The report claimed that the pantry staff is using water stored in toilet tanks, in the train, for kneading floor and cooking rice.
