Shah took to microblogging site Twitter to express his grief over the tragedy.

Meanwhile, the Railway Ministry has said that it would take strict action against those found responsible for the derailment of Patna-Indore Express, which has resulted in deaths of 95 people so far.
Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu on Sunday announced an ex-gratia of Rs 3.5 lakhs each to the families of the deceased while Rs 50,000 for those critically injured in the Patna-Indore Express derailment.
The compensation for those who sustained minor injuries would be Rs.25, 000.
The stranded passengers have been moved to Malasa station while a special train will take the injured to Kanpur Dehat hospital.
Special buses and food supplies have also been arranged for the victims, said Railways.
