After Modi’s ‘Mann ki Baat’, Manohar Parrikar to go live on AIR, DD

New Delhi, Nov 14: Closely following the footprints of Prime Minister Narendra Modi who shared his views with public through radio programme, ‘Mann ki baat', newly appointed Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar will go live on AIR and Doordarshan on Friday.

During this live telecast, Parrikar will answer queries from the audience. He will participate in a live phone-in-programme of Panaji Doordarshan between 5.30 pm and 6.30 pm, say media reports. The former Goa Chief Minister will take queries from the audience live and respond to them immediately.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi's monthly radio talk "Mann ki Baat" has been a hit among the people. In this show, the Prime Minister speaks for over 15 minutes about his thoughts, musings and vision for the country.

Modi's previous 'Mann ki baat' session on Oct 3 on All India Radio (AIR) was a major hit as the programme was listened by over 66 per cent of the people in six cities of the country.
