Vishwas's wife asked to leave Amethi
Amethi, May 6: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders are furious. AAP workers who have been campaigning in Amethi for Kumar Vishwas on Monday night claimed that they were asked to leave the district.

Even Vishwas alleged that the district administration had asked them to leave the district as the campaining had ended by 11 pm and they were not registered voters.

Kumar tweeted-

Police officials on the other hand said that they were just following rules as EC had ordered that outsiders were not allowed to stay in the district after the campaining ends. AAP alleged that they were purposely targeted and that the police were ignoring the BJP and the Congress.

Vishwas alleged that the police arrived at his house in Amethi at 11 pm and asked his wife and sisters to leave or else they would be arrested and even alleged that they were harassed by the police officials. AAP workers on Tuesday refused to leave Amethi

Shortly after the incident AAP leaders tweeted in support of Vishwas-

Amethi goes to polls on May 7. A tough battle is in the fray between BJP's Smriti Irani, Congress's Rahul Gandhi and AAP's Kumar Vishwas.
