3 terrorists part of ISI-Khalistan Liberation Force module arrested in MP
They were arrested from their hideouts at Dabra, Chinor and Dulpara in Gwalior.
A module of the ISI and the Khalistan Liberation Force has been busted by the Madhya Pradesh ATS. The operation was carried out jointly with the Punjab police who have been camping in MP since the past 4 days.
Balvinder Gill, Balkar Singh and Sathyendra Rawat were arrested following specific inputs about their activities.
They were arrested from their hideouts at Dabra, Chinor and Dulpara in Gwalior. The ATS said that two of them were part of the Khalistan Liberation Force. The leads regarding this module were given by Gurdial Singh, Jagroop Singh and Satwinder Singh who were arrested last June by the Punjab police.
During interrogation they revealed how they were trained to carry out terror attacks and target 'anti-Sikh forces' by Lahore-based ISYF chief Lakhbir Rode, and KLF terror operative Harmeet Singh alias PHD. They had visited Lahore in 2016 and were trained to use AK-47 and other weapons, said an official.
The first lead came up when the BSF had intercepted a consignment of arms and ammunition from near the International Border in Amritsar. It found to be supplied by the ISYF. Two terrorists, Maan Singh and Sher Singh, were arrested by the BSF on May 21 as they were trying to pick the weapons.
