3 students killed, 3 injured as car overturns on Yamuna Expressway
Greater Noida, Jan 1: Three students were killed and three other were injured when their car overturned after hitting a divider on Yamuna Express Highway, police said on Thursday.
The incident happened yesterday night on the new Year's eve when their car, in which all the six friends were travelling, rammed into road divider and overturned near Dankaur here, police said.
They were coming back from Agra. While the three youths - Shivani Rawat, Ayushi Aggarwal, Ankhyaya Singh Yadav - died on the spot after the accident, the other three were left injured.
All the three injured victims have been admitted to Kailash and Fortis hospitals respectively. The owner of the car was also injured in the accident, they said.
The three victims were based in Meerut and Mathura. Some were MBA students at Galgotia college at Greater Noida and were living in PG.
