22-yr-old stabbed in crowded marketplace, dead
New Delhi, July 20: An argument over parking took a nasty turn when a 22-year old boy was stabbed by bike-borne assailants on Saturday evening in Delhi's Jyoti Vihar.
It occurred around 6:30 pm when the victim-Salman Khan stepped out with his friends and landed up in a brawl with three men on a motorcycle. The police said,"He was standing near a two-wheeler when three men on a motorcycle arrived. While parking the bike, they hit Salman on his leg and his bike. When he protested, the three entered into an argument with Salman, which soon turned into an ugly fight."
One of them took out their knife and stabbed Khan twice. THis happened in a crowded place and no one came to his rescue, even though he screamed for help. Salman's friends came to his rescue and informed his parents and the police about the incident.
He was immediately taken to the Guru Teg Bahadur Hospital where he died. POlice is now on the lookout for the criminals and is investigating eyewitnesses and CCTV cameras.
