2-year-old girl kidnapped, raped in Delhi: Shocking! 2 accused are juveniles, arrested
New Delhi, Oct 18: After the much hullabaloos over the rape case of a 2 and half year old girl, Delhi Police finally arrested two accused.
To everyone's surprise, both the accused were juveniles. Taking clues from a CCTV footage, police arrested the duo on Saturday, Oct 17.

It has been reported that police found the motorbike number from the CCTV footage. In the video, faces of the accused were not clear but the girl was seen sitting on the bike.
The girl, who along with her grandmother had gone to watch Ramlila event in a school, was kidnapped during a 15-minute power cut.
When the parents and family members informed police and lodged a missing complaint, cops found the kid near a park.
She was bleeding profusely. Later doctors confirmed that she was raped. The girl was admitted to hospital.

Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reacted against the shocking incident and asked Prime Minister Narendra Modi to hand Delhi Police over to his government.
