Pathankot attack: NIA questions IAF personnel
New Delhi, Jan 8: The National Investigating Agency is questioning IAF and Defence Security Corps personnel in connection with the Pathankot attack.
The NIA is questioning these officials to find out the lapses and possible leaks that may have led to the attack being carried out.
NIA officials tell OneIndia that one team which is probing the Pathankot attack is trying to ascertain if there were any lapses which may have led to the attack. Since the security of the Pathankot airbase is under the IAF we are questioning some officials.

The NIA will also questions personnel of the BSF to get details regarding the infiltration that took place. It has been found that there had been lapses which led to the terrorists Infiltrating with ease.
Another team of the NIA which is probing the case relating to the abduction of the Gurdaspur Superintendent of Police is contemplating a polygraph test. Since there have been contradictions in the account given by the SP and two others present in the car the NIA is likely to seek permision from the court to subject them to a polygraph test.
