Teen girl in love ends life in Hyderabad
Hyderabad, Aug 22: A class VIII student, who was in love with an intermediate student has allegedly committed suicide in Maheswaram.
A resident of Gangaram hamlet under Maheshwaram police station, the 15-year old girl and her lover V. Praveen Kumar decided to end their lives if they could not go ahead with their relationship.
The affair was going on for the past 1 year, but the parents of both the boy and the girl came to know about it recently. This is when they tried to put a stop at their meeting each other.
Following this, Praveen suggested that they committed suicide together. On Friday, he arrived at the girl's house with a bottle of pesticide. The girl first drank it, but when Praveen was about to drink it, the girl's parents arrived. The boy fled from the spot, but the girl succumbed on Sunday morning.
The girl's father has registered a case for abetment to suicide against Praveen. Police is investigating the matter.
