Hyderabad, Oct 6: YSR Congress President YS Jaganmohan Reddy, who is well-known as Jagan, resumed his war against Congress-led UPA government. Continuing his fast protesting against Telangana bifurcation, Jagan seems to have gone all out against UPA Chairperson Sonia Gandhi.

Accusing the Congress President of playing with sentiments of Andhra people, Jagan claimed that Mrs Gandhi's sole motive behind Telangana bifurcation was to make her son Rahul Gandhi as the prime minister of the country.

"Sonia Gandhi is responsible for the crisis in the state and she has been playing with the sentiments of the people with the singular motive of seeing to it that her son Rahul Gandhi is made Prime Minister," chided Jagan in Hyderabad on Saturday, Oct 5.

Continue to vent his ire at Mrs Gandhi, Jagan said, "The division is arbitrary in nature and does not address all issues that are bound to crop up after the bifurcation."

Criticising the central government-led by Manmohan Singh, the YSR Congress chief said, "The motive of the division could be political but Delhi cannot play with the sentiments of the people of one region."

He also appealed to the Centre to roll back its decision on division of Andhra Pradesh. He also urged BJP to take a call on the issue and stand up for a united state.

Jagan, who recently was granted bail in disproportionate asset case, began fast-unto-death from Saturday. His party called for 72-hour strike in non-Telangana regions.

Raising questions against central government's inaction towards the demand of separate Bodoland, Gorkhaland and Vidarbha in Assam, West Bengal and Maharashtra respectively, the young leader also asserted, "Why is no one talking about Bodoland, Gorkhaland or Vidarbha?"

"We will be definitely going to the Supreme Court in protest. We are looking forward for some help, because this kind of arbitrarily doing, it is not helpful for the country. People are splitting this country for the sake of votes and seats," he added.
