Tehelka copies are available only as supplements, mocks Bangaru Laxman
He said BJP supporters were calling him after the latest scandal broke out, saying one has to pay for what one has committed. "Inka paap ka ghara bhar gaya" (it's enough of sin that they have committed now), Laxman said.
Seventy-four-year-old Laxman found himself in a major controversy after Tehelka exposed him taking bribes on a hidden camera. He was convicted by a special CBI court in April 2012 under the Prevention of Corruption Act and was taken to custody. He was later convicted and sentenced to four years of rigorous imprisonment.
