New Delhi, May 28: Vishnu Deo Sai, the Minister of State and independent incharge of Mines, Steel, Labour and Employment, is the face of tribals in the Cabinet. Born to Ram Prasad Sai and Jashmani Devi, Sai is known for his work in tribal upliftment.
Born on 21 February 1964, in Bagia district of Chhattisgarh, Sai is married to Kaushalya Devi and has 3 children. He is higher secondary educated at Loyola Higher Secondary School in Kunkuri, Jashpur, Chhattisgarh.
A dedicated member of the BJP unit of Chhattisgarh, he has served terms in the following offices:
