While tension continues at the LoC with fresh firing at the border, the Defence Ministry spokesperson Lt Colonel Manish Mehta said that the Indian army was not lagging behind in retaliating.

With a strengthened surveillance, armymen could be seen trooping alongside the border to ensure that infiltration can be curbed.
