Dibiyapur is a Nagar Panchayat city in the Auraiya district of Uttar Pradesh. With a population of 27,237 people, the city is divided into 15 wards for which elections are held every 5 years. 14,323 of the population are males while 12,914 are females as per report released by Census India 2011.
