Bangalore, Sept 10: Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe invited 14 female ambassadors to the luncheon hosted by him. Ambassadors who attended the luncheon were Tonga's Tania Laumanulupe'o Talafolika Tupou, Caroline Kennedy of the U.S, Tanzania's Salome Thaddaus Sijaona, South Africa's Mohau Nthisana Pheko, El Salvador's Martha Lidia Zelayandia, India Deepa Gopalan Wadhwa, and Uganda's Ambassador Betty Grace Akech-Okullo.

Meanwhile, Union Health Minister Harsh Vardhan attended and addressed the audience at the Inaugural Session of WHO regional conference in Dhaka.
