Bangalore, Mar 5: Oscar Pistorius, the double amputee Olympian, who is charged with murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp in 2013, lost his composure and broke down in the court room on Tuesday.

Pistorius has pleaded not guilty to a charge of premeditated murder and four other gun charges. At the court, he rejected the allegations "in the strongest terms".

Meanwhile, Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Kiev on Tuesday and announced an economic package and technical assistance for Ukraine in a show of support for its new government amid escalating tensions with Russia.
