Muammar Gaddafi a dictator turned fugitive
Muammar Gaddafi, not a terrorist but a former dictator who later went on to become a fugitive of Libya and later haunted down by rebels.
Gaddafi remained defiant to step down from his power as ruler severely cracked down on those who dared to challenge his reign. He was one among the long-ruled leader in Arab nations.

On Oct 20, 2011- pro-democratic rebels brutally hunted down the tormentor of millions. In a final military face off in Sirte, Gaddafi, was found hiding inside a drainage pipe fearing rebels.
Gaddafi was 69, when he died, ruled the country for 42-years. He preferred to fight till the death rather than accepting defeat to a popular uprising in Arab.
Looking at the brutal crack down on civilians in Libya by Gaddafi troops, United Nations and NATO heavily came down on the former. US slapped number of sanction on Gaddafi.
International organization that empathized with Libyan inmates against Gaddafi, decided to provide military support that facilitated rebels to a larger good. That also has had a major contribution in Gaddaif regime's downfall.
