Journalist from MY FM files sexual harassment case against CEO
The woman, had also filed similar complaints before the National Commission for Women (NCW) and the Delhi High Court, alleging extreme sexual harassment by the accused. The lady was supported by two other colleagues, who had experienced similar incidents.
In her complaint, the journalist has said that the CEO had harassed her for more than a year.
Her complaint states that when she threatened to speak up about the incident, a resignation was sent by deceitful means from her office e-mail address. Supporting the journalist, another female colleague said that said that she could not tolerate the constant sexual intimidation and has to leave the organization.
The journalist had come up for a hearing at the Mahila court in Saket for a hearing which was adjourned till February.
