We need to change the attitude towards women. Till women don't feel safe in the country, we can never be a super power ," he said.
In the run up to the Lok Sabha elections and seeking opinion on the party manifesto, Rahul said that 'earlier the manifestos were being drafted behind close doors. "But Congress has changed that practise. We want your views on it," he said.
