BJP holds mega rally in Bhopal

, Sept 25: Top BJP leaders including its prime ministerial candidate

addressed a mega rally named Karyakarta Nahakumbh at Jumboree Park here. A massive audience numbering over 7 lakhs attended the event.

The occasion saw the leaders observing the 97th birth anniversary of late Jana Sangh leader Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay.

He congratulates MP CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan for the latter's development work.

"MP has made huge progress from a BIMARU state, under Shivraj Singh Chouhan. The state is showing way to the rest of the country."

"Everybody wants leaders like Modi and Chouhan. Ask Congress, who is their leader?"

Naidu thanks BJP leaders from Madhya Pradesh who have strengthened the state.

Bharati lauds Advani. She mocks a former chief minister of Gujarat as Baantadhar who has recently challenged Modi over development. "Accept my challenge first," she said.

"It was we who had raised the issues of development in MP first."

Bharati calls Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi as "made of glass."

"Going to a poor man's home and have food is not development. If the poor comes to a rich man's house and have food, it is development."

"Shivraj Singh Chouhan has shown the true development."

"Shivraj Singh Chouhan has served the people and not just acted as their ruler." he called him a Janata Sevak (people's servant) and not Shashak (ruler).

"You have seen both Congress and BJP governments in Madhya Pradesh. You can see the difference. You also know what the UPA government has done during its rule. Compare it with the six-year-old rule of Atal Vihari Vajpayee's NDA government."

Rajnath takes on the UPA government over corruption, employment and infrastructure development issues.

He also slams the Congress over the allegations made by the Ajmer bomb blast accused that the home minister and other Congress leaders pressurised him to implicate top RSS leaders.

"Shivraj Singh Chouhan will return as the CM of Madhya Pradesh and nobody can stop Narendra Modi from becoming the prime minister of India."
