Chouhan targetted Congress Vice-President Rahul Gandhi and the Union Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde on the microblogging website Twitter.
He slammed Shinde for attending the music launch of upcoming film 'Rajjo' in Mumbai on the day when Bihar's capital, Patna was rocked by multiple blasts at the occasion of BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi's "Hunkar rally".
Chouhan also took potshots at Rahul Gandhi as the Gandhi scion blew the trumpet of development done in Delhi under Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit's 15-year-old rule and praised its 'development model'.
On the contrary, Rahul came down heavily upon Madhya Pradesh's development while addressing an election rally in Bundelkand.
Rahul had alleged that BJP-led MP government does not utilise funds allocated for the poor people. He attacked BJP govt in MP by saying that besides development, people also need basic rights like food and land.
Chouhan, who is hoping to score a hat-trick in the upcoming Assembly elections on November 25, on Monday tweeted:

Home minister launching music, when there were blasts in Patna.
