MP assembly polls: 'Modi as BJP's PM candidate will help in winning'
Bhopal, Sept 20: As the assembly elections are fast approaching in Madhya Pradesh, the state's Industry minister Kailash Vijaywargiya on Friday said that elevation of Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi as BJP's prime ministerial candidate would help the party in improving its tally in upcoming polls.
According to TOI report, Vijaywargiya said, "Ye sone pe suhaga hai." He added that the party was already going to win assembly elections in the state for the third consecutive term.
He said that BJP will win around 175 seats of out of total 230 assembly seats which will be much better than the previous elections.
To another query he said around 10 lakh BJP workers and activist would assemble at the BJP mega convention to be held in Bhopal on September 25 when Modi will address the party workers along with other senior leaders of the party.

The Health minister of state Mahendra Hardia also said that elevation of Modi has boosted the confidence of workers in the party.
