Senior Congress leader SM Krishna 'praises' RSS

Bangalore, April 2: Congress senior leader and former Minister of external affairs SM Krishna on Wednesday stunned everyone when he praised Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS).

“There is lot to learn form RSS, they covertly identify voters and ensure they vote”, the top Congress leader said while campaigning for the Bangalore Central candidate, Rizwan Arshad.

As per a media report, he said, “The Congress should work like the RSS and galvanise people to come to the voting booths. ”

However, he also took a dig at the BJP for sidelining senior party leaders like Jaswant Singh and Yashwant Sinha.

82-year-old Krishna, who kept away from the media glare since his exit as the Union minister, has hit the election campaigns for Karnataka, starting from today.
