Double murder in Bengaluru: Man stabs wife, mother-in-law to death
Bengaluru, July 21: In a shocking incident, a man in Bengaluru brutally murdered his wife and his mother-in-law, on Monday, July 20 evening.
According to reports, Kumar G, who owned an eatery, Kolimane, in RPC Layout in Attiguppe, Vijayanagar, suspected his wife of infidelity.
Kumar had an argument with his wife, Vasantha, at his mother-in-law, Leelamma's place in Chandra Layout, Vijayanagar in west Bengaluru.
Vasantha disagreed to return to her home with her husband and her mother also took her side.
Then, the enraged Kumar stabbed his wife and mother-in-law with the kitchen knife. There were several stab marks on their neck and stomach.
After committing the crime, Kumar came out and shouted, "I killed them, I killed them".
Then the, alert neighbours informed the police. The police officials found blood-splattered bodies of the duo, lying on the floor.
Kumar confessed to have killed both of them in front of police. According to police, Kumar was in an inebriated state, when he murdered his wife and mother-in-law.
According to a report, Vasantha also suspected her husband of having an affair with a woman.
At the time of crime, couple's two children- a five-year-old son, Thejas Gowda and a 10-year-old daughter, Inchara, were playing outside their home.
They both were married from last ten years, but off late, couple was having frequent fights.
