Disappointed with PM Singh's soft approach towards Pak, man kills self
The deceased, Santosh, hanged himself at his residence in Dasarahalli. He was a native of Hassan and was employed as a salesman at a big footwear showroom. He left a three-page suicide note behind in which he mentioned about the reason behind taking the drastic step.
Police said the man was found hanging by a friend who visited him. On the third page of the suicide note, Santosh wrote that he was very disappointed with the prime minister's soft approach towards Pakistan, which he said led to the killing of several Indian soldiers at the borders, the police said. They also added that Santosh wanted to take a rebirth as a soldier to serve the country, which he had written in the letter. Santosh was also disturbed by the rise in infiltration by terrorists.
Santosh also wrote in his suicide note that he was very depressed in life. He wrote in his note that the people of Bangalore did not treat him properly and with a low salary, he was unable to buy a property and also look after his parents.
The police have registered a case of unnatural death.
