As per a report published in Bangalore Mirror, the incident took place on October 24, Friday night, when four burglars barged into their rented-house, in the guise of policemen.
They knocked the door around 11.40 pm and when victim's husband opened the door, the accused barged into their home by threatening family members with a knife.
The robbers stole Rs 30,000 in cash and other gold valuables and also switched off their mobile phones.
Then, the man, his wife and his mother were gagged and tied up. After raping the woman, the accused also made the video of the dastardly act and left home after threatening them with dire consequences.
The victim is a mother of a 9-month-old boy.
The family, initially, registered only a case of robbery, but later mustered the courage to report the gangrape incident, two days after the crime was committed.
All 4 accused arrested
On October 31, Friday, the police arrested all four accused, aged 21, from Chikkaballapur bus stand at 6.30 pm. They are reportedly the residents of Kalena Agrahara, Bannerghatta Road.
Two of them, who raped the victim are V Nandish, C Anil Kumar and other two C Sujit Kumar, and C Simon, made the video.
The police also recovered the stolen valuables and other lethal weapons from their hideout.
