B'luru: A broken-down divider inviting traffic violations and accidents

Bengaluru, Jan 14: While the Karnataka state government has emerged with the new policy of helmet for pillion riders taking precautionary steps to secure lives of denizens, it seems to have blatantly forgotten to repair road related damages.

Close to Jayanagar South End Circle and even worse is, few meters away from assistant police commissioner's office- a broken divider has been inviting accidents and traffic violations. This flaw is exactly located between South End Circle and Balaji medical store.

As per the road guideline there is no U-Turn at the area but the motorists are violating the norm by trespassing the divider through the gap generated by the split.

Though, the assistant commissioner's office is situated near the damaged divider, it appears the damage has not come to the notice of the concerned authority. In all likelihood the place will be prone to accidents as traffic violations has scaled up.
