Bangalore, April 15: Here are the details of the constituencies that will go to the Lok Sabha election on April 17 (Thursday), when the fifth of the nine-phase election will be held. One hundred and twenty-one constituencies in twelve states of the Union will go to the polls on Thursday.

State: BIHAR

Constituencies: 7

Jahanabad: In 2009, JDU's Jagdish Sharma defeated RJD's Surendra Prasad Yadav by 21,327 votes (difference in vote-share was 3.6%)

Pataliputra: In 2009, JDU's Ranjan Prasad Yadav defeated RJD's Lalu Prasad by 23,541 votes (difference in vote-share was 3.7%)

Arrah: In 2009, JDU's Meena Singh defeated Lok Jan Shakti Party's (LJP) Rama Kishore Singh by 74,720 votes (difference in vote-share was 13.4%)

Buxar: In 2009, RJD's Jagada Nand Singh defeated BJP's Lal Muni Choubey by 2,238 votes (difference in vote-share was 0.4%)

Nalanda: In 2009, JDU's Kushalendra Kumar defeated LJP Satish Kumar by 1,52,677 votes (difference in vote-share was 26.9%)

Munger: In 2009, JDU's Rajiv Ranjan Singh defeated RJD's Ram Badan Roy by 1,89,361 votes (difference in vote-share was 29.1%)

Patna Sahib: In 2009, BJP's Shatrughan Sinha defeated RJD's Vijay Kumar 1,66,770 votes (difference in vote-share was 30.2%)

The JDU won 5 of the 7 Bihar constituencies going to polls on April 17. The RJD and BJP won 1 seat each.

State: CHHATTISGARH

Constituencies: 3

Mahasamund: BJP's Chandulal Sahu defeated Congress's Motilal Sahu by 51,475 votes (difference in vote-share was 6.6%)

Rajnandgaon: BJP's Madhusudan Yadav defeated Congress's Devwrat Singh by 1,19,074 votes (difference in vote-share was 14.3%)

Kanker (ST): BJP' Sohan Potai defeated Congress's Phoolo Devi Netam by 19,288 votes (difference in vote-share was 2.6%)

The BJP won all 3 Chhattisgarh constituencies going to the polls on April 17.

State: MADHYA PRADESH

Constituencies: 10

Rajgarh: In 2009, Congress's Narayansingh Amlabe defeated BJP's Lakshman Singh by 24,388 votes (difference in vote-share was 3.7%)

Bhopal: In 2009, BJP's Kailash Joshi defeated Congress's Surendra Singh Thakur by 65,157 votes (difference in vote-share was 9.9%)

Damoh: In 2009, BJP's Shivraj Bhaiya defeated Congress's Chandrabhan Bhaiya by 70,877 votes (difference in vote-share was 11.8%)

Tikamgarh (SC): BJP's Virendra Kumar defeated Congress's Ahirwar Vrindavan by 41,862 votes (difference in vote-share was 8%)

Sagar: BJP's Bhupendra Singh defeated Congress's Aslam Sher Khan by 1,31,168 votes (difference in vote-share was 23.0%)

Guna: In 2009, Congress's Jyotiraditya Scindia defeated Dr. Narottam Mishra by 2,49,737 votes (difference in vote-share was 38.4%)

Gwalior: In 2009, BJP's Yashodhara Raje Scindia defeated Congress's Ashok Singh by 26,591 votes (difference in vote-share was 4.6%)

Bhind (SC): In 2009, BJP's Ashok Argal Chhaviram defeated Congress's Dr. Bhagirath Prasad by 18,886 votes (difference in vote-share was 3.6%)

Morena: In 2009, BJP's Narendra Singh Tomar defeated Congress's Ramniwas Rawat by 1,00,997 votes (difference in vote-share was 14.2%)

Khajuraho: In 2009, BJP's Jeetendra Singh Bundela defeated Congress's Raja Paterya by 28,332 votes (difference in vote-share was 4.9%)

The BJP won 8 of the 10 Madhya Pradesh constituencies going to the polls on April 17.

State: WEST BENGAL

Coochbehar (SC): In 2009, Forward Bloc's Nripendra Nath Roy defeated Trinamool Congress's (TMC) Arghya Roy Pradhan by 33,749 votes (difference in vote-share was 3%)

Alipurduar (ST): In 2009, Revolutionary Socialist Party's Manohar Tirkey defeated TMC's Paban Kumar Lakra by 1,12,822 votes (difference in vote-share was 12.1%)

Jalpaiguri (SC): In 2009, CPI(M)'s Mahendra Kumar Roy defeated Congress's Sukhbilas Barma by 88,371 votes (difference in vote-share was 8.6%)

Darjeeling: In 2009, BJP's Jaswant Singh defeated Jibesh Sarkar of the CPI(M) by 2,53,289 votes (difference in vote-share was 26.2%)

State: MANIPUR

Constituency: 1

Inner Manipur: In 2009, Congress's Dr. Thokchom Meinya defeated CPI's Moirangthem Nara by 30,960 votes (difference in vote-share was 5.3%)

State: RAJASTHAN

Constituencies: 20

Ganganagar (SC): In 2009, Congress's BR Meghwal defeated BJP's NC Meghwal by 1,40,668 votes (difference in vote-share was 15.4%)

Bikaner (SC): In 2009, BJP's AR Meghwal defeated Congress's RR Panwar by 19,575 votes (difference in vote-share was 3.4%)

Churu: In 2009, BJP's RS Kaswan defeated Congress's Rafique Mandelia by 12,440 votes (difference in vote-share was 1.5%)

Jhunjhunu: In 2009, Congress's Sheesh Ram Ola defeated BJP's Dr Dasrath Singh Shekhawat by 65,332 votes (difference in vote-share was 10.8%)

Sikar: In 2009, Congress's Mahadev Singh defeated BJP's Subhash Maharia by 1,49,426 votes (difference in vote-share was 20.6%)

Jaipur Rural: In 2009, Congress's Lal Chand Kataria defeated BJP's Rao Rajendra Singh by 52,237 votes (difference in vote-share was 7.6%)

Jhalawar-Baran: In 2009, BJP's Dushyant singh defeated Congress's Urmila Jain "bhaya" by 52,841 votes (difference in vote-share was 6.1%)

In 2009, the Congress won 16 of the 20 seats in Rajasthan going to polls on April 17.
