Attending inauguration ceremony of Institute of Infrastructure, Technology, Research and Management (IITRAM) at Ahmedabad, Advani on Wednesday, Oct 16 asserted that Modi should become the next PM of India.
"We will be happy to form Government next time and Narendra Bhai will be our PM," said Advani while endorsing the Gujarat CM. BJP must be relieved folliowing Advani's sudden change of attitude towards its PM candidate for Lok Sabha elections.

The senior leader earlier had opposed Modi's candidature for PM post for the general election which is expected to be held in 2014. Advani also had skipped the parliamentary board meeting of the party where Modi was formally declared as BJP's PM nominee.
Advani had resigned from all crucial posts in NDA when BJP had made Modi election campaign chief. However, later he had withdrawn his resignation after being convinced by RSS.
This was the second time when Modi and Advani shared dais after the former's elevation in the party. Recently, the two leaders shared stageat a public rally called "Karyakarta Mahakumbh" in Bhopal on Sept 25.
Advani along with the chief minister of the state inaugurated two gardens built by Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC) and the Sabarmati river under the Riverfront Development Project.
