In its second supplementary chargesheet, the CBI has not named former home minister of Gujarat, Amit Shah, but it has named former IB officer Rajendra Kumar as the main accused in Jahan's murder.
CBI has accused Rajendra Kumar of supplying arms
The CBI accused Rajendra Kumar of supplying arms to former IPS officer GL Singhal.
Besides, Rajendra Kumar, three serving IB officers- P Mittal, M K Sinha and Rajiv Wankhede, have also been named for 'conspiracy' in Ishrat Jahan encounter.
