Hyderabad, Aug 11: Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP's chief of the 2014 poll campaign Narendra Modi reached Hyderabad on Sunday to address a mega youth rally. His address will begin at 4 pm.

The BJP is the only party that has remained one and given confidence to people of India, Naidu said.

Modi is 3D, dynamism, decisiveness and development, says Naidu.

For the BJP, nation comes first, followed by the party and self. It is the opposite for Congress, Naidu said.

Andhra Pradesh BJP chief Kishan Reddy speaks. The local BJP leaders criticises the Congress leadership. Reddy said the decision on Telangana was hurried just ahead of Modi's visit.

He said the Congress decided to create a new state and was also instigating violence against the division. Is Andhra Pradesh the Congress's private property, Reddy asked.

BJP is not a party of betrayals, he said.

"In Gujarat, farmers get 24X7 power supply. In AP, it's only for a few hours."

"We will develop Seemandhra & Telangana on lines of Gujarat. Once the NDA comes to power in Delhi, we will ensure development for both states."

He said he has not worked as a chief minister but only set up the infrastructure facilities to develop Gujarath. he said six crores Gujarati are leaders in his victory in Gujarat.

Packed house for Modi

The venue, Lal Bahadur Shastri Stadium, is overcrowded. The stadium has a sitting capacity of 45,000 and the BJP is expecting 1.2 lakh turnout. The party has made sitting arrangement for 78,000 people. The city police have made extensive arrangement for traffic movements and parking.

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi and the BJP's cheif of poll campaign committee for the 2014 Lok Sabha polls has given appointments to 81 persons during his one-day trip to Hyderabad. Twenty-five of them are from the film fraternity.

A number of film personalities met Modi at Park Hayatt Hotel. Directors VV Vinayak, Puri Jagannath and Ram Gopal Varma, actor Kota Srinivas Rao and also former Union minister and actor Krishnam Raju's family met him.

MRPS founder Manda Krishna Madiga and Tribal leader Bellaiah Naik also met Modi.

Cine stalwart Mohan Babu's family was yet to meet him.

Retd IPS officer Gopinath Reddy and other retd IAS and IPS officers also met the heavyweight BJP leader.

Modi reaches Hyderabad

Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP's chief of the poll campaign committee for the 2014 Lok Sabha elections Narendra Modi reached Hyderabad. He will address a mega youth rally at Lal Bahadur Shahstri Stadium here. The rally will flag off the BJP's campaign for the next year's polls.

Here is Modi's itinerary:

1. Reach Park Hyatt hotel from the airport.
2. Will meet local BJP leaders from 11 am till noon.
3. Will reach Lal Bahadur stadium to address rally at 4 pm.
4. Will visit Keshav memorial at 7 pm. In between, will meet more local leaders.
5. Leave for Ahmedabad at 8.30 pm
